Bajaj platinum is a very popular commuter motorcycle in the Indian market. It has been on sale for several years now, and the overtime manufacturer has been rolling out new variants and updating the motorcycle from time to time. The latest variant of this motorcycle is the Platina 110 ABS which has been launched recently. Here are five things that one should know about the Platina 110 ABS.

Bajaj Platina 110 ABS: Design

In terms of design, the Platina 110 ABS looks identical to the rest of the Platina variants. It has a single headlight with halogen bulbs and a striped upper LED daytime running light. There is a small colored visor above the headlights. Single seat and flat footrest from Platina Comfortec. Bajaj has also added some new graphics on the side to add more appeal to the motorcycle. There are three color options that users can choose from – Cocktail Wine Red, Saffire Blue, and Ebony Black.

Bajaj Platina 110 ABS: Specifications

Platina 110 ABS is equipped with DTS-i engine, 115.45 cc capacity, producing 8.48 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and maximum torque of 9.81 Nm at 5,000 rpm. It is combined with a 5-speed gearbox.

Bajaj Platina 110 ABS: Features

Platina 110 ABS is equipped with a semi-digital instrument cluster, gear lever position indicator, gearshift guide indicator and ABS indicator light. Platina 110 ABS is the only model in the segment equipped with single-channel ABS.

Platina 110 ABS uses a single downward tube with a lower bracket as the chassis. The frame is suspended by hydraulic telescopic fork at the front with 135 mm of travel and pneumatic shock absorbers at the rear with 110 mm of travel. Bajaj is using 80/100 R17 tires for front and rear. Both are tubeless. Braking duties are performed by a 240 mm disc with single-channel ABS at the front and a 110 mm drum brake with CBS at the rear.
