While there’s no shortage of beachside activities or rum-rich drinks (this is a beach break), efforts focus on health and wellness: Relaxation and transformation are central. Upon arrival, you’ll meet the lovely wellness director, Rae, to talk about nutrition, lifestyle habits, and anything else that may arise as she outlines a tailored itinerary based on your goals. Strength classes at Erika Bloom Pilates studio, sun salutations on the yoga floor and a range of restorative sessions (meditation, pranayama and lymphatic massage) can all be arranged through through a separate Immersion program.

Or sweat it out last night with Kacey Musgraves’ personal trainer, Erin Oprea. Of course, snorkeling, scuba diving and an entire afternoon at the spa are all fair game.
