it gets a a good year for cookbooks, it’s almost as if the authors have had several years of pent-up talent just waiting to explode. (I wonder why?) Actually, 2022 was a good year, I snuck in mid-year summary as an excuse to write more about them. Now that it’s the end of the year, there’s an interesting continuation on the theme of what it means to be an American, along with some eye-catching and useful designs.
