Army successfully testfires MRSAM air defence missile, scores direct hit at target | India News
NEW DELHI: Indian Army on Sunday successfully carried out a test firing of a Ground-to-Air Missile medium-range missile defense system off the coast of Odisha Balasore, Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) get the news.
“Flight of the MRSAM-Army missile system tested from ITR Balasore, Odisha at approximately 10:30 am to intercept a high-speed air target at long range,” DRDO said in a tweet.

According to DRDO, the target was destroyed by the missile in a direct hit.
“The system is part of the Indian Army. During the test, the missile was sure to hit the target at a very long distance,” DRDO officials said.
