The supermodel, 35, took a trip back to her memory this week, posting pictures of her sizable bump from when she was pregnant with sons Roman and Malachi.
‘Missed these moments,’ Graham wrote, captioning one of the breastfeeding images on her Instagram Story. ‘I can’t believe how quickly this year has gone by!!!’
