Bajaj CT125X: 5 things you should know

The Bajaj CT is a popular commuter motorcycle, especially in rural areas. This is because it is easy to drive in small towns and is also quite reliable. Bajaj Auto has launched a new version of the CT this year, it is called the CT125X and is the most affordable 125 cc motorcycle that Bajaj currently has in its lineup. Here are five things that one should know about the Bajaj CT125X.

Bajaj CT125X: Appearance
In terms of design, the CT125X is very similar to the CT110X. So there’s a circular headlight with a halogen setup and LED daytime running lights positioned above the headlights and integrated into the lid. There is also a headlight guard placed to give the bike a solid look. What adds to the sturdiness is the shield and engine guard. Furthermore, Bajaj provides a luggage rack in the rear.
Bajaj CT125X: Specifications

Bajaj CT125X uses a 124.4 cc engine, air-cooled, using a smart carburetor. The engine produces 10.75 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and maximum torque of 11 Nm at 5,500 rpm. It comes with a 5-speed gearbox.
Bajaj CT125X: Hardware
Bajaj are using a square tube, semi-double rack frame as the frame. It is suspended by telescopic forks at the front with 125 mm of travel and at the rear by SNS shocks with 100 mm of travel.

Bajaj CT125X: Variations
Bajaj is offering the CT125X in two variants. There are Discs and Drums. As the name suggests, the only difference between the variants is that the front brake will be a 130 mm drum or a 240 mm disc. At the rear, there is a 130 mm drum brake with CBS on both variants.
Bajaj CT125X: Price
The price of Bajaj CT125X drum $71,354 while the CT125X Disc costs $74,554. Both prices are ex-showroom, New Delhi.
