Biden’s non-binary nuclear waste worker, Sam Brinton, has lost his job

President Joe Biden’s non-binary nuclear waste official has left the administration.

Sam Brinton, 35, who uses the pronoun ‘them/their’, no longer works at the Department of Energy after they were charged with luggage theft in two separate cases.

A Department of Energy spokesman said on Monday night: ‘Sam Brinton is no longer an employee of the DOE. By law, the Department of Energy cannot comment further on personnel matters.’

Brinton, who was appointed in June, is now charged with stealing suitcases from airports in Minneapolis and Las Vegas.

A security video image shows Brinton walking through Harry Reid International Airport with luggage during the summer.

According to 8 News Now Investigators, the $320 suitcase was lifted from the conveyor belt, filled with more than $3,000 worth of jewelry, clothing and makeup.

It’s unclear why they’re targeting the suitcase or if it’s because it’s from a luxury brand.

It comes after Brinton, who uses the pronoun ‘they’, was also accused of stealing a suitcase from an airport in Minneapolis.

Brinton faces charges over incidents at both Las Vegas and Minneapolis airports and they will appear in court in Minnesota on December 19.

According to the arrest report, a woman who had traveled from Dulles International Airport to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas on July 6 reported police when she could not find her suitcase and after she checked with the airline.

The stolen suitcase described in the report as a gray, hard-shell, ‘Away’ branded “Bigger Carry-On” was valued at $320.

The woman told police her suitcase had a total value of more than $3,670, including jewelry, makeup, contact lenses and clothing, according to the report.

When a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officer reviewed the surveillance video, the officer ‘observed some unusual nonverbal or body language cues from the suspect, which drew attention. his,” the report states.

‘Specifically, Brinton pulled the victim’s luggage off the conveyor belt and checked the tag.

‘Then put it back on the carousel, looking in all directions to see if anyone might be following or could get close.

‘Pull it off the carousel and exhibit the same behavior by looking around before quickly walking away.’

A suspect was not identified until a police officer saw an article in November naming Brinton as a suspect in a luggage theft at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport in September.

The Minneapolis criminal complaint describes how Brinton traveled from Washington DC to Minneapolis without checked baggage, but then retrieved one from the baggage carousel when they landed in Minnesota.

Surveillance footage from the airport – which has yet to be released – is said to show them removing the luggage zipper from their bags and placing it in their bags.

When the police first called Brinton, they feigned ignorance.

Brinton later phoned authorities and admitted to taking the bag but insisted it was a mistake and that they were simply tired.

Images in news stories from Minneapolis match the suspect in the Las Vegas luggage theft, according to an arrest warrant this week.

The order revealed that Brinton posted to Instagram on July 6, the same day the theft occurred.

“Thank you @americannelm for selling such a great shirt for me to wear on my flight today,” the post read.

‘My professional association continues to grow and learn and I’m proud of them. Oh my, how we’ve changed since I served as branch president and then on the National Board of Directors. #NuclearPride.’

Brinton faces charges in both cases and will appear in court in Minnesota on the first charge, related to an incident in September while they were on their way to a conference.

The White House has repeatedly declined to comment on the scandal, calling it a non-political issue.

The Department of Energy has also attempted to remove Biden from the issue.

Brinton was appointed in June with much fanfare.

“Sam is also a well-known advocate for LGBTQ youth and has helped defend against dangerous and discredited conversion therapy practices in more than half of the country,” it said.

‘They identify as being gender-flexible and use the pronouns they, they and theirs,’ their biographies read.

In addition to working in the Department of Energy, they also host seminars including a recent event on spanking.

Brinton lives in Washington DC with their husbands.
