Bjp Setting Up Cockfight In Bid To Finish Sena, Says Uddhav; Aaditya Calls Rebels ‘traitors’ | Mumbai News

MUMBAI: With 12 Shiv Sena The MPs joined the camp of CM Eknath Shinde, Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray described the rebel MPs and the MLA as “traitors” and said Sena had the idea that the MPs would join the Shinde faction. Uddhav Thackeray Criticizing the BJP, saying that Shiv Sena is not divided by the MLA or rebel congressmen but by the BJP. Alleging that the BJP is “trying to finish Sena off”, Uddhav said opponents can take away as many arrows as they can “but you’ll need a bow to shoot those arrows, that’s just to me. ”
Reacting to Sena MP’s request Rahul Shewale that Uddhav Thackeray wanted an alliance with the BJP and he had an hour long discussion with Prime Minister Modi, Sena MP Arvind Sawant alleged lies were spread to create confusion among people.
Speaking at a meeting of Uttar Bharatiya Ekta Manch and Sena’s trading unit in Sena Bhavan, Uddhav said, “The BJP has set up a fight between two roosters. If one dies, they put the other in jail. So their wish will be granted. Attempts are being made to finish off Shiv Sena, you must be vigilant. ”
At another meeting of Sena district chiefs, Uddhav described the rebels as “thieves” trying to steal Sena’s emblem. “This game will go on for a while. I could even lock the MLA and the congressman in a room, but we didn’t; That’s not democracy… I’m telling office bearers even now, leave if you want, don’t just play here and pretend to cry. You have enjoyed all the privileges, now you cannot pretend to cry. If they ask me, I give them (the post), but if you try to take something away, I won’t shut up until I show them their location,” he said. Uddhav also required all office staff to submit an affidavit pledging to support Sena.
“Now they will enjoy the fruits of power but one day the BJP realizes these people are useless, it will fall on them. We have to let this time pass… just focus on membership and affidavit. Don’t think about what’s going on in politics in the state. People are with us, they have sympathy for us and love. Has hatred for rebels. This is our chance to rejuvenate Shiv Sena. Once we pass the 50,000 oaths, I will call you all to Mumbai,” said Uddhav.
Aaditya challenged the rebels, saying “if they have any shame, they should resign and resist new elections.” He added that if those who had fled or were taken away wanted to return, Sena’s door was open for them.
“The traitors are gone, but those who feel that Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray is a good person remain with the party. The comments they are making only reveal the real anger and jealousy in their hearts that are starting to show against Shiv Sena… They are trying to turn us into villains. We had an idea 12 MPs would come to the Shinde group. If they had Shiv Sena’s blood they wouldn’t have done this. We cannot call them rebels because you need courage and courage to rebel. This is a circus going on now,” Aaditya said at a meeting of Sena workers.
He added, “Whatever they used to do behind our back, they couldn’t do after I came to Vidhan Bhavan as an MLA. They must be upset about this. I said that there is no place for good people in politics. Maybe the betrayal happened just to prove this… the plot to end the Thackeray family was just to dethrone the man who fought for everyone in Covid-19 without regard for his life.”
Sena MP Sanjay Raut said that it was the BJP that broke the alliance in 2014. Also in 2019, Raut alleges, the alliance broke up because of the BJP. because it didn’t keep its word.
