Brad Rawiller will be in action at Newcastle on Saturday
Just over a month since Brett Prebble decided to move his equestrian career to Sydney, another Group 1 winner has decided to do the same.
Brad Rawiller is in Sydney, knowing it will be a tough test as he wants to set a new stage in his career after moving to Perth since late 2020.
Commitment and willpower are there… but, first of all, it will all depend on the opportunities that Rawiller is given and then, how those opportunities translate into results.
Rawiller will compete in Newcastle on Saturday, where he will gently strut his stuff in a sleigh coached by Annabel Neasham, Mister Hemsworth… favorite $2.15 runner in the No. three… who will help Rawiller get off to a confident start if he is to live up to the market’s expectations.
Rawiller’s most significant highlights to date have been his consecutive Group 1 victories in Caulfield Guineas and Coolmore aboard the Weekend Hussler … and another series of four consecutive Group 1 victories on the same horse. at Oakleigh Plate, Newmarket, Randwick Guineas and George Ryder.
His four Group 1 wins over Black Heart Bart in Goodwood, the Underwood. CF Orr and The Futurity are also a standout, underscoring the extensive success Rawiller has enjoyed in a career spanning nearly thirty years.
