A new update has arrived Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and battlefield 2 on January 30, resolved some bugs and crashes on multiplayer, battle royale, and DMZ. You can see the full patch notes below, but one of the main focuses is on increasing stability and providing crash fixes on all platforms.
According to the patch notes, this update contains several fixes to reduce the number of known issues on both games. One particular stability issue mentioned as being fixed was a bug that had previously caused some players to have trouble dismissing notifications.
The update also resolves an issue that caused some players to have difficulty accessing and leaving the Shooting Range. Additionally, there was a fix for an issue in Gunsmith that could cause players to be sent back to the main menu while creating a custom knife.
Several navigation and menu improvements have been included. Many fixes have been made to the Social menu to improve navigation and functionality, UI issues that caused text overlap have been resolved, and the incorrect Call Card preview is now fixed. correction.
Some Warzone and DMZ specific updates have also been made. The patch notes mentioned fixing a bug that sometimes caused players to lose movement when deploying Reconnaissance Drones near water. The update also resolves multiple issues affecting the ability to equip and preview covered weapons in the DMZ.

These changes follow the January 20 update that also brings more stability and bug fixes to both games, including a fix for annoying chat bug before.
