Try to win points in ACC Championship game.
Clemson’s offense can be rambling and disjointed at times, but it scores. Clemson is 28th in points per drive and has scored 30 or more points in 10 of 12 games. This attack of the Tigers is facing a very brutal Tar Heel defense. UNC ranked 111th in points per drive. When Clemson faced a defense that was ranked worse than 53rd overall, the Tigers scored between 31 and 51 points. Clemson will score consecutively on Saturday in Charlotte against Tar Heels.
North Carolina entered this game because of its offense, but more specifically because of its quarterback. Drake Maye threw 3,847 yards with 35 touchdowns. He also leads the team in dash speed, with 629 yards and six hasty touchdowns.
Clemson’s defense was excellent, but when faced with three fouls ranked in the top 34, Clemson scored 31, 28 and 45 points.
North Carolina can score. Tar Heels had to score to keep it close. I like Over in this contest.
