Unbelieving, the customer asks, “Why are you turning down my service right now?” The manager replied, “Because I’m the manager, and I said I don’t give you any services. Could you please get off my line? Get off the road, please. my rope right now.”
The customer at the end of the video explained exactly what happened. “I ordered two pumpkin iced milkshakes, and I asked for oat milk at the end of the order and she said, ‘Now I have to redo the whole order.” She added, “I repeated that to her to make sure she got it and she cut me off,” the user wrote.
She further explained, “I WILL REPEAT IT BACK TO YOU” and she did and I said, “yes ma’am, that’s it”
“Me and my sister laughed because I was joking about my lactose intolerance and when we approached the window [the Dunkin’ employee] said, “Because you guys think it’s funny, your service is being denied” and closed the window right in my face. “
