Emma Roberts there are bones to pick with her mom!
Since the 32-year-old actress gave birth 2 years ago, she has been trying to keep her son. Rhodes‘ facing social media. Her and her ex-boyfriend/dad Garrett Hedlund often shares pictures of the back of the boy’s head or the side of his face. Her mother Kelly Cunningham also followed the rule – until recently! It looks like she forgot or chose to ignore Emma’s wishes this time as she shared the first full-blown photo of Rhodes on Instagram last week!

On February 3, the grandmother posted an adorable photo of her grandson standing on the leafy ground while wearing a green sweater and blue jeans – but her followers could see the boy’s entire face. She said in the caption:
“The little man is growing up!”
We guess Emma just caught the sweet snap because she took to Instagram Stories on Thursday to repost the image and called Kelly for showing her toddler’s face online – without asking permission first. ! Sorry. While screaming queen the star may have been a little annoyed with her mother, all seems forgiven as she wrote:
“When your mom posts a picture of your son’s face without asking but you love both so whatever.”
River! Apparently she likes the photo too, since she added it!
Kelly then poked fun at Emma’s message, sharing a screenshot of the IG Stories post to her grid along with the caption:
“The battle continues
!! I love you Q!! touch’
“

We’re glad there’s no hard feelings between the two, even though Kelly doesn’t follow her daughter’s rules. No one will blame Emma if she’s a little mad at her mom right now! However, Emma probably knew this day would eventually come because her mother had a habit reveal details about American Horror Story star life that she wants to keep low!
In 2020, Kelly revealed that Emma was pregnant with her first child when a fan directly asked if she was pregnant. The Aquamarine star after that blocked her on ‘gramNote about Jimmy Kimmel live that “moms and Instagram [are] a bad combination.” She added at the time:
“It was the worst thing she ever did. … It was a disaster, and I found out all on one plane, so I couldn’t go to her. I can’t call her or attack her. We burst out laughing. We almost got into a fight.”
