Fans outraged by Pat Cummins’ claim to reject Usman Khawaja Double Ton during Sydney test

Australia took an unbelievable 2-0 lead over South Africa in the three-match Test series, after winning comfortably in the first two. In the third and final Test in progress, Pat Cummins– led the claim of their play on Day 4 at 475/4 after the third day was washed away by rain. The decision was made as a huge heartbreak for the opener Usman Khawaja, who missed the chance to reclaim tons of her maidenhood. Khawaja is stuck on 195* and this is not good for the fans, as they have taken to social media to express their disappointment about the same.
“Usman Khawaja did a great job!!,” one fan tweeted.

“So if Steve Smith is on 196 would they claim? I can’t think of a difference between Usman Khawaja and Smith,” one fan tweeted.

Australia got off to a good start in their pursuit of 20 South African players to pass a series of whitewashes in the Final Sydney Test on Saturday.
After rain again halted the game in the morning, captain Pat Cummins claimed his team’s first half 475-4 after lunch to win over the unlucky Proteas.
Cummins’ decision to claim the opener deprived him of his chance to complete his first Double Century Test, Usman Khawaja, with the elegant opener stuck in 195 not coming out.
At tea on Wednesday, South Africa is 71 to 3 with Temba Bavuma 28th and Khaya Zondo not out year.
