Operations are slowly being restored across the country hours after hundreds of flights across the US were delayed due to a major technical glitch today.
A calculation glitch was reported on a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) computer causing hundreds of flights across the US to be suspended today.
“Normal air traffic operations are slowly resuming across the United States after the Air Mission Notification system providing safety information to crews was shut down overnight. Ground stop orders. has been lifted,” the FAA said in a tweet.
