Any recipe that says “put an egg in it” will immediately go to the top of my list. I’m a guy who likes to eat a soft egg on my head lentils, coleslaw, Pizza, pasta, Polenta, rice, you name it. On her blog this week, Jenny Rosenstrach shares her three favorite ways to put an egg on top.
