Heather Rae Young and Tarek El Moussa just had one of the worst travel days ever – but it could be more problematic if HGTV why not be there to protect others!
Late Monday night, Sunset sale The star revealed her husband helped prevent a change on a flight amid a very stressful day of flight delays and cancellations. Lying on the bed next to Tarek, she explained:
“My husband did a very heroic thing when a man went crazy on our flight and verbally and physically assaulted flight attendants and pilots.”
After being called a “hero”, Tarek shyly tries to deny the compliment, but it seems like he really deserves it!!
The couple’s trip started earlier on Monday as they were trying to fly in from NYC’s John F. Kennedy International Airport to LA’s Los Angeles International Airport. But it turned into an “Armageddon tour” because they had to wait in the security line for two hours followed by a two-hour delay once they were on their plane! That’s the worst!!
The Flip or flip the star is particularly stressed about the delay considering he has to “shoot in the morning” (presumably for their new show, The Flipping El Moussas), and “no other flights” that day. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when they were forced to “land” because the car’s engine wasn’t “working” correctly. To pass the time, they established an “Asian fusion restaurant”, just pregnant real estate agent told followers:
“We don’t know when we will take off. I’m hungry. I’m pregnant. I need my food! “
Three hours later, they were “still waiting” to board the plane after their gates had changed for the third time, according to El Moussa, who explained in a video showing a large group of people moving through a crowded terminal :
“It’s messy here. There is an alarm bell. There was a hand-to-hand fight. “
And that’s not even the fight he was in!! Airports are going crazy these days!
On the next slide, the couple fell on two chairs at the new gate while alarms sounded in the distance and babies cried all around them. It sounds so hard!! The 101 . Flip The star then complained:
“We have not left yet. Now 9 hours delay, [and] another alarm. This is travel day from hell, people. From hell!”
An hour later, expectant parents “had [it on] Heather shared. You must be kidding!! This is where things spiral out of control…
While the couple did not reveal too many details about the change on the flight, according to a source from Peoplereality stars were on board JetBlue flight on Monday night around midnight when they were told they would have to land… again. At that point, people were fed up and an “unruly passenger” began “verbal and physical assault” on the pilot and flight attendant. Insider details:
“The pilot announced that they would not fly because the crew had run out of time. At the time, a drunken, unruly passenger rampaged aggressively up the aisle towards the pilot and flight attendants at the front of the plane, verbally and physically assaulting them.
While others just watched the incident come down, Tarek took action, the source continued:
“While everyone was in shock, Tarek intervened on his own and stopped the situation from escalating. Tarek squeezed between hostile passengers and crew, and escorted him out of the plane. Afterwards, the flight attendants and pilots thanked him.”
OH! It really is a fearless thing to do! JetBlue representatives have yet to respond to a request for comment on the situation People. Thankfully, after having to pack their bags at the baggage claim and go home for the night, the couple finally returned to their destination on Tuesday, where Tarek’s children, Taylor11 and Brayden6, (whom he share with ex-wife Christina Haack) was waiting for them.
It looks like an easier day of travel, which we’re sure they’re relieved to consider both having never had their flights canceled before, according to Netflix character. They went from amazing luck to the luckiest ever! LOL – League of Legends! Can you believe all of this happened!? How will YOU handle it? Sound OFF (below)!
