You should know that you can’t enter a new location directly on Apple Watch. You will have to use your iPhone to do that. Once you’ve done that, you can follow the instructions on your Apple Watch. There’s no map to view on the Apple Watch screen, instead, you’ll see distances, turn-by-turn directions, driving times, and arrows showing turn directions. All this is done through haptic feedback.
