Jurgen Klopp all smiles despite Manchester City beating Burnley to swing the pendulum back in their direction in the race to win Premier League position.
Klopp’s Liverpool side beat Roy Hodgson Watford 2-0 in the match this afternoon to win the Premier League table for the first time since September. Diogo Jota’s 20th goal of the first season was followed by a late Fabinho penalty to send a message about the short distance on the road to Turf Moor, where Man City is about to play Burnley.
But before Klopp faced questions from the press after that game, City took the lead against Burnley to regain the lead. And Klopp’s reaction to the news was typical of the German as he even joked about the situation.
