Pre-orders for the new Maruti Ertiga MPV 2022 have started in 11,000 can be paid online or at the company’s authorized dealers.
Maruti Suzuki is gearing up for the launch of the new generation Ertiga MPV, which is expected to go on sale in the country next week. While most details of the upcoming SUV are yet to be covered, details on variants and colors have leaked online shortly ahead of the launch.
According to the leaked document, the new Ertiga 2022 will come in four versions – LXI, VXI, ZXI and ZXI+, with optional automatic variants offered with VXI, ZXI and ZXI+ trims. Furthermore, there will be seven color options available to choose from which are Pearl Arctic White, Splendid Silver, Pearl Dignity Brown, Magma Grey, Auburn Red, Prime Oxford Blue and Midnight Black. The MPV will also come in CNG and Tour variants, which will focus on fleet customers as the Ertiga has always been a very popular choice in taxi operations.

Under the hood, there will be a new 1.5-litre twin-turbo, dual VVT engine offered with SHVS technology. This engine will be paired with a 5-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Exterior changes will include a new main front grille, new alloy wheels and reworked bumpers. That said, also expect some notable tweaks in the cabin including new interior colors and gearshift paddles among the major changes. In addition, it will also have a new SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, along with the Suzuki Connect telematics system.

Pre-orders for the new MPV have started at 11,000 can be paid online or at the company’s authorized dealers. Vehicle deliveries are expected to begin shortly after the price announcement.
