Marvel‘S Spiderman Fixed launching on Windows PC next monthand today Insomniac Games released a feature-rich trailer showing what extra features PC gamers can expect from a superhero blockbuster. remake for PlayStation 5 two years ago.
The PC-specific capabilities includes support for ultra-wide monitors, including 32:9 and 21:9 aspect ratio panoramic monitors, along with Nvidia Surround multi-monitor setups. About enhanced images, Insomniac says Spiderman Fixed will have unlocked frame rates, improved shadows, and ray tracing that provide more detail, assuming your device can handle them.
Marvel’s Spider-Man will also support Nvidia’s Supersampling and Anti-Aliasing (DLSS and DLAA) which boosts frame rates and image quality, again for those with GeForce RTX graphics cards.
In addition to enhanced graphics support, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on PC will also support the new PlayStation DualSense controller (for those with one), as well as keyboard and mouse controls. Steam Input support will further expand player customization and remapping options. Insomniac also publishes this matrix of PC specs for five performance levels, from “minimal” to “Excellent Ray Tracing” and “Ultimate Ray Tracing.”
Pre-orders will get buyers early to unlock three Spidey outfits, a Spider-Drone combat add-on, and five extra skill points to power up Webhead. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered launches August 12 on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
