tennis superstar Naomi Osaka is expecting her first child! OH MY GOD!
The 25-year-old athlete made the exciting announcement on social media on Wednesday morning, sharing a photo of her ultrasound! Reflecting on the changes coming her way, she wrote:
“At least the past few years have been exciting, but I find that the most challenging times of my life can be the most joyful. The few months away from the sport have truly brought me a new love and appreciation for the game to which I have dedicated my life. I realize that life is too short and I don’t take any moment for granted, every day is a blessing and a new adventure. I know I have a lot to look forward to in the future, one thing I look forward to is my kids watching one of my games and telling someone ‘that’s my mom’ haha.”

Based on Sports TMZThe father of the first child is a rapper rope! The couple made their relationship public in 2019, but he has yet to admit the news of having a baby. It’s fun for them, though!

For tennis fans, you’ll have to wait until next year to see her back on the court! She will be off for the whole year and plans to return at the end of the year. Australian Open in 2024 — with her new biggest fan by her side. As you may know, the talented player took mental breakdown in 2021 after opening up about her anxiety and depression.
At the end of the cheerful message, she wrote:
“The year 2023 will be a year full of lessons for me and I hope to see you again early next year as I will be at Aus 2024. Love you all so much. Side note: I don’t think there is a completely correct path to take in life but I have always felt that if you move forward with good intentions you will eventually find your way. “
