After the accident, the victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police have charged Nicola’s murder suspect with second-degree murder and another count with accessory after murder.

According to the Toronto Police Department, Dylan and Donivan allegedly wore tactical-style clothing with the ‘Federal Agent’ logo and used the emergency lights on their vehicle to initiate a stop.

Toronto police have arrested and charged the perpetrators, including a Markham resident, with impersonating police officers following the December 27 incident on Kingston and Brimley Road in Scarborough.

Furthermore, Police said Sherief and Comeau allegedly told the drivers they stopped that they were being investigated and asked for identification.
