The Tamil Nadu-based electric scooter maker recently announced that it will be opening around 200 showrooms across India for the first time since the launch of electric scooters last August. Ola is also likely to share more details about that during the announcement, which is likely to happen before Diwali.

Ola Electric also has the ability to issue announcements regarding its Hyperchager network. Ola previously revealed plans to build its own EV infrastructure through fast charging stations. The EV maker started setting up these chargers for its electric motorcycles last December. These EV chargers claim to recharge electric motorcycles up to 50% in just 80 minutes. Ola said it plans to install around 4,000 turbochargers across India by the end of the year.

Moving away from the previous stance of having no physical showroom, Ola Electric recently announced Ola Electric Vehicle Centers across India to offer customers test rides and financing options. Ola plans to set up about 200 such centers across the country in the coming days. The company will likely give a detailed idea of ​​these experience centers during the announcement process.
