He said the minutes of the communiqué regarding the meeting between the Pakistani ambassador to the US and US officials were shared during the NSC meeting.

The official APP news agency quoted Mr. Khan as saying a plan was being made outside of Pakistan to interfere in the internal politics of the country, adding that when the highest national security agency confirmed it, it becomes irrelevant how many numbers the opposition has.

Embassy officials of the said country have also been in contact with PTI members who have defected, he claimed.

“Okay, I take the name of America, the plot was made with the help of the United States to get rid of me,” Prime Minister Imran said while addressing participants of the Pakistani parliamentary party Tehreek- e-Insaf in Islamabad.

Pakistan’s relationship with Russia has overcome bitter Cold War animosities in recent years, and the chill in relations between Pakistan and the United States has further pushed the country toward Russia and China.
