Pete Davidson moved away from his iconic dig and set up camp in a brand new location in New York City! Based on American sun on Monday, the Saturday Night Live alum has quietly moved into a HUGE loft in Brooklyn worth about $30,000 a month! Criticize!
The newly renovated area stretches from street to street, measuring about 4,500 square feet. It is located in the elite Dumbo neighborhood, according to the source. According to a licensed real estate broker and professional in NYC, Ben Gernandt of the Compass Real Estatecomedian has found himself a senior position:
“A special apartment like this in Brooklyn could easily fetch between $20,000 and $30,000 on this market. Many people may be attracted to townhouses or larger buildings, but artists tend to opt for the privacy and originality of secluded spaces like these over more traditional ones. .
He also notes that outdoor spaces are “definitely more appealing.” According to insiders, the building was purchased by the current owner in 2017. They have converted the upper floors into legal apartments and have a commercial facility on the ground floor. Before the apartment was renovated, it was supposed to have two bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the apartment, but we bet it’s much more lavish now!
