Exhibitors, among them 63 new names, came from 41 countries. They also include around 100 online exhibitors, whose collections will be showcased, from before the physical event, on the Première Vision marketplace, the focal point of the show’s digital edition. The PV market currently consists of more than 2,040 electronics stores, with 61,500 products available for sale or sampling.

The physical exhibit has had to be reduced in size compared to pre-pandemic editions, and its distribution in the exhibition center has changed. PV Yarn (yarn and yarn), 185 PV Accessories exhibitors (components, buttons, zippers, etc.) and Smart The Creative section, which focuses on sustainable innovation, is grouped together in hall 4. PV Fabrics, with 558 exhibitors, will occupy halls 5 and 6, sharing the front area with PV’s 93 exhibitors Design (with a focus on textile design) and the back section with PV Leather and PV Manufacturing (dedicated to finished product sourcing), presented 11 and 72 exhibitors respectively.

Italian manufacturers and suppliers will once again form the largest national team, with 299 exhibitors, ahead of France (189) and Turkey (187). There are also exhibitors from Portugal (60), Spain (52), Korea (41), China (40), UK (31), Japan (24) and Germany (19). ).

The event consists of three separate trend zones, one for each hall. Hall 4 will host the program ‘Make it Sustainable’ Forum, dedicated to sustainable fashion, while hall 5 will showcase ‘Give It Flair’, focusing on design and pattern. In hall 6, the ‘Keeping it incomparable’ section will present the color palette for Spring/Summer 2023, and a wide range of textures and performance fabrics.

Two zones for “creative immersion” in Spring/Summer 2023 are also planned in halls 4 and 5. PV Digital Show participants will be able to explore the unique 3D Forum, showcasing around 50 items iconic chosen by Premier Vision.

The seminars at the Premiere Vision show last September were held strictly online. For the current version, the show will reintroduce a section called ‘Talk’, which hosts several debates in a hybrid format. Among them are several trending forums and Pitch Innovation conferences, as well as roundtable debates on industry news, sustainability, the metaverse, and new generations of consumers.

The French Fashion Institute will host a talk on the new global geography of textile sourcing, while CELC, the European Federation of Linen and Hemp, will present its traceability innovations. The Smart Creations section, with a focus on sustainability, will publish a podcast produced in partnership with the fashion podcast ‘Entreprendre dans la Mode’.
