As we watched, Priscilla was fighting for her daughter Lisa Marie Presley‘S living faith (a legal mechanism to protect a person’s assets and determine how they will be distributed upon their death) – modified in 2016 allegedly without Priscilla’s knowledge. The amendment removed her from her status as trustee of the late singer’s estate, which Priscilla was trying to combat! Sadly, there is a dark (though not entirely surprising, given the circumstances) reason for this…

According to a friend of the late artist who opened his heart to Page Six on Monday, Priscilla’s latest profile is a “money grab,” they explained:
“It was purely a money game. She [Lisa Marie] no relation to Priscilla, [her ex-husband] Michael Lockwood or her half-brother [Navarone Garibaldi].”
Oh. It’s sad to think that she was estranged from her biological mother her dead time…
Interestingly, however, Priscilla doesn’t seem to be the only one against the amendment. Based on Page SixPriscilla, Michael, and Navarone are all represented by the same journalist, Caroline Galloway, in an attempt to roll out the papers in question. Their agent and Priscilla’s attorney did not return Page Sixrequest comment.
That said, we have some evidence that things are not going well between Elvis Presleyher only child and second father. With all of that said, it’s certain that the people who are against Lisa Marie’s trust are the people she didn’t get along with at the end of her life…
As we followed, the 77-year-old documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court challenged a “2016 purported amendment” to her daughter’s will, which removed her as trustee of her estate, replacing the previous trustees with her children Riley and Benjamin Keoughwho passed 2020. nude gun alum now wants a judge to determine the validity of documents she believes are not valid in court for a variety of reasons. Basically, she wants to be the trustee of the estate again…especially now that it’s worth a fortune!
While Lisa Marie is said to owe $4 million, according to TMZ source, she had at least two life insurance policies at the time of her death, amounted to $35 million. After the debts were paid, the remaining assets were supposed to be divided equally among the three daughters as they were listed as beneficiaries. But with Priscilla vying for trust, it looks like she’s trying to grab a piece of the pie for herself.
We hate to see a family already faced with so much loss and pain get embroiled in a money war. We hope everything gets sorted out as soon as possible so they can all focus on the funeral… Thoughts? Let us know (below).
