Liverpool One is starting in 2022 with the end of 2021, attracting new retailers. The city center shopping mall run by Grosvenor has contracted with the UK luxury footwear and accessories brand Russell & Bromley, will introduce a new contemporary store format this spring.
The retailer will open a 3,000 square meter unit on South John Street, becoming its first store in Liverpool.
In addition to showcasing Russell & Bromley’s fashion-leading collection of luxury men’s and women’s shoes and bags, the new store format “reflects the brand’s luxury offering, offering a journey attractive customers allowing the perfect management of their handcrafted products in a premium setting”.
Andrew Bromley, CEO of Russell & Bromley, said protecting a “key” location in Liverpool One will further strengthen our presence across the country. ”
He added: “It is a high-quality destination with a great reputation and unique appeal that attracts consumers from across the region. We look forward to joining the Liverpool One community and welcoming new (and existing) online customers to experience the Russell & Bromley brand in person in store and our exciting new collection for the season. Spring/Summer is coming. ”

Grosvenor said the signing with Russell & Bromley “follows a very successful year for the centre, with 37 brands, totaling 280,000 sq ft, signed, opened or renewed during the year”.
Highlights include Tessuti, Bershka, Omega, Castore, Gym + Coffee and Ceremonies. It also notes that new and existing occupants have invested £11.5m in their Liverpool One stores and restaurants by 2021.
