Russia’s Sberbank appoints acting CFO after a series of senior resignations According to Reuters

(Reuters) – Russia’s largest lender Sberbank on Friday said it had appointed Taras Skvortsov as acting chief financial officer, following a series of high-profile exits including former chief financial officer Alexandra Buriko .

Several executives have resigned at Sberbank since Russia sent troops into Ukraine on February 24. The lender has been targeted with heavy Western sanctions.

The bank said Tatiana Galkina has been appointed head of sales network and Igor Kobzar has been promoted to chief asset management officer.
