Emergent Fidelity Technologies, a Sam Bankman-Fried holding company based in Antigua and Barbuda, has filed for bankruptcy protection.

3, Emergent Fidelity Technologies filed a voluntary declaration of bankruptcy under Chapter 11 filings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the County of Delaware, according to court filings filed on February 3.
