When I feel nostalgic, I think back days staying up late is a rite of passage. I resent my 7 o’clock bedtime and hope the opposite of hope that my parents will let me stay just a few more hours. Even as a college student, all night is the norm and giving up sleep feels like the only way to have a social life. Well, it goes without saying that I, along with many of you, no longer want to sleep so few hours a night.
