Tracy Tutor on Weightlifting, Routines & Her Famous Tuna Salad

TRACY TEACHER. How many times is too many times to say WE LOVE this episode on The Skinny Confidential HIM & HER Show? Love love love.

She has been on podcasts before with Josh flags, but Lauryn & Michael really wanted to interview Tracy about all her fitness, health, and diet tips. In this episode, she shares a lot of secrets to staying healthy, feeling and looking great. She even shared her recipe for crunchy smoothies and tuna salad, but we’ll list them for you here, too.

Before we get to them, we just wanted to share a few takeaways from the Tracy episode.

♡ Weight training can change your physique.

Especially as a busy woman, Tracy tells us how weightlifting has worked for her and that she feels better than she did in her 20s.

♡ We can’t do it all.

Tracy admits to having nannies, housekeepers and possibly a chauffeur soon. She’s always busy so it’s refreshing to hear her say that she “doesn’t do it all”.

♡ Commitment pays off.

She starts morning and evening routines, which improve her mindset and efficiency at the gym. Let’s say when you have to be with your coach at 6 a.m., you won’t have your 4th margarita at 11 p.m.

These are just a few tidbits of what we took from Tracy’s episode. Lauryn also asked interesting questions, and even said, the reason she asked Tracy such specific questions was because she was as busy as they came in. So, yes, Tracy drinks celery juice in the morning and eats a healthy tuna salad for lunch, but is she in the kitchen with an apron while making million-dollar deals? dollars? Are not. And that’s why we love this episode.

And the same can be said for Tracy’s two favorite, healthy, quick and easy recipes.

♡ Crispy blueberry smoothie

+ malt almond milk

+ 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (Tracy’s favorite Kachava)

+ Linseed

+ chia seeds

+ collagen

+ a little cinnamon

+ 1 tbsp good almond butter

MIXING *very important to mix all of these first, THEN add…

+ 1 cup frozen blueberries

+ a little bit of your favorite granola (Tracy likes Totally Elizabeth)

+ extra ice, if frozen blueberries are not enough for you

MIX and enjoy in yours favorite cup.

Of course Tracy will take hers with her on the go.

♡ Mediterranean Tuna Salad:

+ 3 cans of tuna (Tracy loves Tonnino)

+ 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained

+ singular green olivessliced

+ singular Kalamata olivessliced

+ 2-3 tablespoons caperdry

+ 2-3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions: toss everything with champagne or white balsamic vinegar made with:

+ 2-3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

+ 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice

+ salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, lemon pepper to taste

+ 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Tracy says it stays in the fridge for 2-3 days, is simple and delicious. She eats it like this or with some Ella’s apartment.
