Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia reports multiple Russian missile attacks | Russo-Ukrainian War

A new wave of attacks targeted energy infrastructure in the southeast of the city, as well as in Kharkiv, officials said.
According to officials, Ukraine’s second largest city Kharkiv and the city of Zaporizhzhia in southeastern Ukraine have been targeted in a series of Russian missile attacks.
At least 17 Russian missiles hit Zaporizhzhia in an hour on Friday morning, its acting mayor, Anatolii Kurtiev, said on Telegram, adding that the missiles targeted energy infrastructure .
Russian forces also carried out a series of overnight attacks that cut off power supplies in several areas of Kharkiv.
“The occupiers attacked critical infrastructure. There were about 10 explosions,” Kharkiv Governor Oleh Synehubov said on Telegram. “In some areas, there were power cuts. Emergency services are on site.”
There was no immediate information on casualties in Zaporizhzhia or Kharkiv.
Russian forces recently advanced for the first time in half a year, in tough battles that both sides described as some of the bloodiest of the war.
