Comprehensive Pakistan Iftikhar Ahmed and the country’s fast pitchers Wahab Riaz had a hilarious interaction after the former hit the man after six points in a row in the showdown match between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi on Sunday. The match at Nawab Akbar Bugti Stadium in Quetta saw Iftikhar go frantic in the Gladiators’ final round and made it a forgettable match for Wahab. Iftikhar remained unbeaten with 96 of 50 balls as his team scored 184 to 5 in 20 rounds.
“Jo marzi ho jaaye, 6 chakke maarna badi baat hai aur khana bhi utne hi housle ki baat hai (Whatever happens, hitting six six is a big deal and conceding as many goals as possible requires high morale like each other),” Wahab can be heard speaking during the interaction.

It is worth noting that the PSL exhibition match was suspended for some time after a terrorist attack took place a few miles away. Pakistan’s top cricketers, including the captain Babar Azam And Shahid Afridi, among others, was taken to safety in a locker room after an explosion in the Police Lines area, injuring five people. A senior police officer said rescue work was completed at the scene and the injured were taken to hospital, PTI reported.
According to a report on Geo Super, up to 16 HD cameras, including drones, were installed at Bugati Stadium for the exhibition match.
The report also adds that a special pitch has been prepared for the exhibition match, while temporary seats have also been installed in the stands to facilitate the fans.
