NEW DELHI: A group of 30 prominent prophets and scholars have prepared the first draft of the “constitution” for the “Hindu Rashtra” first proposed at French Sansad In Prayagraj in February. The 32-page manuscript will be presented at the next Dharma Sansad during Magh Mela 2023 in Prayagraj.
Draft regulations detailing the fields education, defense, law and order, voting system, right of head of state, etc… According to the constitution, Varanasi will replace New Delhi as the capital of the country. In addition, there is a proposal to build a “Parliament of Religions” in Kashi (Varanasi). It also proposed that Muslims and Christians would enjoy all the rights of an ordinary citizen, except for the right to vote. Besides, every citizen will receive mandatory military training and agriculture will be perfected tax exemption.
In February, a resolution was passed at the Dharma Sansad in Prayagraj to make India the “Rashtra of the Hindus”.
